@Beshogur: For Ngram, usage of "Bilge Qaghan" is consistent, while "Bilge Khagan" fluctuates greatly. Overall, the latter seems a bit more common than the former. Searching for books with the latter string returns an extra page of result.
I am not sure enough whether the latter is actually more common, and even if it is, the difference is likely to be small enough to not matter much here. ~ Aseleste (t, e | c, l) 10:04, 5 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
